Croydon gets its first report from commissioners brought in to tackle £1.4bn debt - it's a mixed bag

Well, it's been a while since we heard about the commissioners appointed to help sort out Croydon's finances, and their first report is finally here. It seems like there's some good news and some areas still needing a lot of attention as we work through that £1.4 billion debt.
